The shuttles that will be helping to transport folks to Illinois State University’s campus from
CIRA/BMI will be on a need by need basis, meaning that once a delegation lands at CIRA/BMI,
they need to call Taylor Barnard, the Security and Transportation Advisor, at 309-438-2015 to
request a university van(s) drive over to pick them up from the airport and bring them to
campus.
Our conference planning team has a list of all of the CIRA/BMI arrivals that will take place on
Thursday, May 22 and is actively cross-referencing that with the responses to the transportation
form to ensure we can provide the folks who choose CIRA/BMI a way to campus that is fast and
easy. If you filled out the transportation form with your intent to utilize CIRA/BMI on Thursday,
May 22, you will receive an email soon with more information about what to expect and more
directions on how to secure your ride once you arrive. If you haven’t filled out the form yet but
intend to use the shuttle option through CIRA/BMI, please fill out the form ASAP or call Taylor
Barnard, the Security and Transportation Advisor, at 309-438-2015 to talk through your plan.
