Registration Cost
The registration pricing is:

Delegate Double: $380/person

Advisor Double: $380/person

Advisor Single: $467/person

There is no delegation cap for this conference
Late Fee: An additional $25 per person.
Post-Late Registration Fee: An additional $25 per person in addition to the late fee.
Non-Affiliate Fee: An additional $50 per person.
Any cancellations will be subject to the Refunds, Cancellations & Substitution Policy is in effect.
Step 1: Prepare Your Information
Select one (1) person to complete registration for the whole delegation. Gather all required information as indicated on the Registration Guide.
Step 2: Complete the Institutional And Individual Registrations
Create an account and complete required fields.

Complete the Conference Waiver
Waivers are to be completed individually and are due by conference check-in.
If the delegate is a minor (under the age of 18) by the time of conference, an additional waiver will need to be completed by a parent/guardian.
Waivers must be complete by check-in.

Shuttles are $30 per person round trip from the George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Transportation is non-refundable.

Early arrival housing is available for $60 delegate/advisor (double occupancy) per night and $65 advisor (single occupancy) per night.

LeaderShape will be offered on Thursday, May 21 from 8:00am – 3:00pm. The $80 fee includes Wednesday night housing, Thursday breakfast and lunch, and all materials for the experience.
