Registration Cost
The registration cost is $380 per delegate/advisor double or $467 per advisor single. No delegation cap.

Late Registration is an additional $25 per delegate/advisor.

Step 1: Advisor/NCC will complete the Institution Intent Form. [Please do immediately.]

This form includes: Travel information, Number of intended delegates and advisors, Philanthropy pin counts.

Step 2: Individual Delegate Registration information will be sent to advisor/NCC to complete after the Institution Intent Form is completed.

Step 3: Individuals registered will receive an email to complete the conference waiver.
Note: Not sure on who is attending, but you know how many? Register an Unidentified Delegate and ensure all individuals are registered by April 28.

Transportation is $30 per person round trip from the George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Transportation is non-refundable.

Early arrival housing is available for $60 delegate/advisor (double occupancy) per night and $65 advisor (single occupancy) per night.

LeaderShape will be offered on Thursday, May 21 from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm. The $80 fee includes Wednesday night housing, Thursday breakfast and lunch, and all materials for the experience.
