Welcome to the NACURH Annual Conference Registration Page!

 

We are delighted to announce that registration for the 2024 NACURH Annual Conference is now open, running from April 17th to May 1st for the conference on May 24th-26th. This is your incredible opportunity to secure your spot at one of the most anticipated events in the realm of student leadership and residential life.

Step 1. REGISTRATION GUIDE

To begin your registration and get answers to many common questions about the process, please review the registration guide:

Step 2. REGISTRATION FORMS

Please make sure to read the registration guide prior to completing any registration forms. 

 

There are two registration forms you should be aware of: the Institution form and the Delegate form. NOTE: The institution's NCC / Advisor should be the only one that fills out all forms, they should also complete any form for individual delegates. 

 

Timeline: 

Registration Open: April 17th 2024 - May 1st, 2024 

Late registration: May 2nd, 2024 - May 8th, 2024

Notes about shuttles

Shuttles are $50 per person.  Also, the earliest departure shuttle will begin loading on campus at 5 AM. For those needing departure transportation before 5 AM, please refer to the transportation page.

Step 3. WAIVERS

In order to join the conference each person must complete the Conference Liability Waiver

 

 

 

If you want to have gender inclusive housing then you must fill out the Gender Inclusive Housing Waiver
