Thanks for Registering for the NACURH 2026 Annual Conference!
At this time, we are in the process of finalizing all invoices and will be sending them out starting Tuesday, April 28.
If you have received a copy of your invoice before then, we do ask that you hold off on all payments until you receive the final invoice from us so that way, we can make sure all appropriate charges are listed.
If you have already submitted payment for your invoice, please let us know as soon as possible. That way we can work on getting you an additional invoice with any missing information that needs to be paid.
Billing Contact
​​If the billing contact is not in the Texas A&M payment system, they will be asked to generate a customer information form, which will be sent to their email. Please look for an email from ar@TAMU.edu. You may need to check your spam folder as this is an automated email.

The Legal Customer/Company Name should be your institution's legal name as reported to the IRS.

For the Federal ID# - this will be your institution's tax ID number used for reporting to the IRS.

If the Customer Name and Federal ID # do not match IRS records for your institution, we will not be able to issue you a customer number. You will be sent another email from ar@tamu.edu with the note that the records didn't match and asking you to fill out another customer information form. This information can be found on your institution's W9.

For the question "Are you Tax Exempt" - this is asking if you are tax exempt within Texas. Your institution will not be tax exempt within the state of Texas. Answer this question No. Registrations and shuttle services for the NACURH conference is a non-taxable event in Texas and you will not be charged taxes on your invoice.

Cancellation, Refund, and Substitution Policy
From the Institutional Registration Form:
​​Refund & Substitution Policy::
Institutions are financially responsible for all delegates and advisors registered at the close of registration. Substitutions of delegates/advisors are permitted until the end of regular registration on April 13, 2026 5:00 PM (CST). Refunds are not guaranteed and may not be approved except in extenuating circumstances.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations of delegates are generally not permitted. Institutions are responsible for paying for all delegates and advisors registered on the Institution Registration Form at the close of regular registration.
