Event Overview
Texas A&M is proud to host the National Association of College and University Residence Halls (NACURH) Annual Conference. This event brings together student leaders from universities across North America to discuss leadership, advocacy, and campus impact. We are seeking volunteers to ensure the conference runs smoothly and to showcase the Aggie Spirit to our guests!
Logistics
Dates: May 16th-20th (pre-conference) & May 21th-24rd (conference)
Location: Texas A&M University Campus
Volunteering Options: Volunteers can choose to assist during the pre-conference, the conference dates, or both.
We have a variety of positions available to suit different interests:

Registration & Welcome: Check in delegates, hand out credentials, and provide directions.

Logistics & Operations: Assist with room setups, equipment management, and supply distribution.

Hospitality & Dining: Help manage flow during meal times and answer guest inquiries.

Event Ushers: Guide attendees to keynote speakers and breakout sessions.
