Event Overview
Texas A&M University is honored to host the NACURH Annual Conference, bringing together student leaders from across North America to explore leadership, advocacy, and campus impact.
We are seeking dedicated volunteers to help create a smooth, welcoming, and memorable experience for all attendees. This is an opportunity to support a large-scale conference while showcasing Aggie Spirit to guests from across the region.
Logistics
Dates: May 16–20 (Pre-Conference) & May 21–24 (Conference)
Location: Texas A&M University
Volunteering Options: Choose to assist during pre-conference, conference dates, or both.
Volunteer Roles
We offer a variety of volunteer roles to match different interests:

Registration & Welcome: Assist with check-in, distribute materials, and help direct attendees.

Logistics & Operations: Support room setup, equipment coordination, and supply distribution.

Hospitality & Dining: Help manage meal service and assist attendees with questions.

Event Ushers: Guide attendees to keynote sessions and breakout rooms.
