  • Theme: Collaboration and Connection

  • Requirements:

    • Must address the theme

    • Image must be 1920x1080 pixels

    • Connects to either your region or your institution

• Display

  • Theme: Collaboration and Connection

  • Requirements

    • All submissions should not exceed 3’x 3’x 3’ dimensions

    • All materials used must be recycled/reused materials (i.e. old boxes, plastic/glass bottles and tissue paper)

    • Submissions should be either a video or photo of your display

• Roll Call

  • Theme: Collaboration and Connection

  • Requirements for Institutional Roll Call:

    • Introduce your institution and all delegates coming to the conference

    • Include how you include and collaborate with others (institutions, regions and/or organizations)

    • Closed Captioning REQUIRED

    • No longer than 2 minutes

  • Requirements for Regional Roll Call

    • Introduce your region (name and mascot)

    • Include how you include and collaborate with others (institutions, regions and/or organizations)

    • Closed Captioning REQUIRED

    • No longer than 5 minutes long

Mass Gatherings

Opening Ceremonies

At the Opening Ceremonies, we will introduce the conference theme, hear from our amazing keynote speakers, outline some sessions that will take place during the weekend, and give instructions for how to win spirit points! We will also launch our Zoom background competition.

Roll Call Ceremonies

At Roll Call Ceremonies, we will stream the Regional Roll Call videos through our campus YouTube Live.

Awards Ceremonies and Closing Ceremonies

At Closing Ceremonies, we will have a fun recap of the conference! We will show the top banner and train car submissions. We will also award our “conference superlatives” to delegates, institutions, and regions. Additionally, we will recognize the NACURH winning awards for the year!
